Dedication of an historical marker on Wiley’s Point North Refugee Burial ground with presentations by local historian and Preservationist David Patrick, County legislator and Town of Champlain Historian Calvin Castine, Saranac Chapter DAR Historian Mary Bleau and Military Historian Thaddeus Booth Trudo.
